Pricing FAQ

Why £49 per category per postcode?

It's high enough to filter out trades who can't deliver on quality, low enough that one good job pays for the month. Multiple categories and postcodes scale with the patch you actually want.

Why a lead fee on top of the subscription?

The subscription pays for being on the platform. The lead fee pays for the job — it's how we keep matching, support and dispute resolution properly funded.

Can homeowners be charged for premium features later?

We have no current plans. Anything we charge for in future will be optional and clearly explained — not paywalls in front of basic safety reminders.

What happens if I don't get any jobs in a month?

If we haven't sent you a single qualified lead in your first month, we credit you the next month. We're testing both sides of the market — you shouldn't pay for our supply gaps.
